Why Mier Talent Consulting?
Mier Talent Consulting was started when Jeff Mier wanted to change how he worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Frustrated with treating Candidates like cattle, trying to force Candidates on Hiring Managers, and deceptive measures implemented by other firms, Jeff knew there had to be a better way to recruit.
After working as a recruiter for 10 years and receiving help from mentors with dozens of years of combined experience in Talent Acquisition, Mier Talent Consulting was born with a simple vision: Recruiting should be a win – win – win. If a recruiter properly understands and represents their client, puts in the effort to connect with as many professionals as possible to deeply explore the role, and provides a thorough report on the best available candidates, then the Candidate, the Client, and the Recruiter all win together.
