Mier Talent Consulting exists to minimize the impact of departures on our companies by matching them with their ideal candidates. Your leaders have jobs to do — they don't need to spend all their time finding and interviewing countless candidates. We alleviate the stress of finding the perfect candidate and present only the top candidates to our clients.

Our Mission

Industry Knowledge: We specialize for a reason, not just in your industry but in the sales discipline within your industry. A common misconception is that all sales positions are created equal. The truth is that A&D sales, end user sales, business development, account management, and market vertical specific positions all require different types of individuals with different skill sets.

Effort: This one is easy. No matter how hard people try to avoid hard work, there is simply no substitute for it. We reach out to a minimum of 100 candidates for every search we conduct. This gives you the peace of mind that every stone has been overturned and you are making the best hire. This also leads to the development of many great relationships across the country, which provides more connections with more passive candidates in every market across the country.

Guidance: This is for our clients and our candidates, both sides need to be at their best. We interview people all day long and engage with companies with different processes and strategies. We’ve seen the hurdles and challenges that can sabotage the best interview processes and help our clients avoid and overcome them.
